Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
The following shipping method is available: USPS First Class Package – $4.99. Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
You can track your order by the tracking number we provide when your order is shipped out and on the way.
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 8 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4 – 8 days (Tuesday to Saturday). The order cut-off time will be 06:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is 2 – 3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
What is the “Oversized Shipping” charge?
For some items shipping within the U.S. an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.
Shipping Promotion Exclusions
The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: oversized shipping charges, gift cards, custom invitations, custom canvas and photo center purchases. Shipping promotions cannot be applied to same-day delivery orders.
If your Outfitgoodies.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 1 month (30 days) of delivery, except for online-only costumes and accessory kits, which must be returned 7 days prior to the holiday. To return an item (excluding sample products), the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item to us by mail. If you want to return an item by mail, follow steps below:
